EXOSENS UNVEILS NEW THERMAL CAMERAS CRIUS XP AND MICROCUBE XP SERIES
PRESS RELEASE
MÉRIGNAC, FRANCE – 04 SEPTEMBER 2025
Exosens, a global leader of highly differentiated technology, today announced the launch of the Crius XP and MicroCube XP series, the latest additions to its renowned long-wave infrared (LWIR) camera portfolio.
Earlier this year, Exosens set a new standard in thermal imaging with its Dione XP cameras. The new Crius XP and MicroCube XP build on that success, offering customers even greater clarity, reliability, and flexibility for defense and industrial applications.
Crius XP series – High resolution uncooled thermal cores
The Crius XP series is built for clear, dependable vision in any condition. Users can detect, recognize, and identify targets with exceptional sharpness even in smoke, fog, or low contrast situations. The cameras are ready to operate in under a second, remain stable in extreme conditions, and integrate smoothly into mission-critical defense systems.
MicroCube XP series – Ultra-compact uncooled thermal cores
The MicroCube XP series brings the same extreme performance to a compact, lightweight design optimized for drones and mobile platforms. Despite its small size, it delivers outstanding sensitivity, capturing even the smallest temperature differences for greater detail. With shutterless operation and instant startup, operators can deploy quickly and maintain a sharp, reliable view of their targets.
“With the introduction of the Crius XP and MicroCube XP series, we’re reinforcing our commitment to deliver imaging solutions that combine uncompromising performance with integration flexibility,” said Paul Ryckaert, Executive GM, Exosens Advanced Imaging business unit. “These cameras are designed to give defense users sharper vision, faster response, and reliable operation in the harshest environments.”
