Hardware Technician

 

Our company is looking for an experienced maintenance technician in the technology industry. Under the direct supervision of the Facility/Hardware manager, you are responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on machines and infrastructure. All work is carried out in accordance with the company's safety rules and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC, sanitary, and electrical repairs, as well as minor building repairs, or supervise external contractors.

  • Carry out preventive maintenance measures on the facility.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment (semiconductor devices) in consultation with the hardware engineer.

  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.

  • Conduct rounds of offices and laboratories with the Facility/Hardware manager.

  • Respond quickly in emergencies, alert the appropriate personnel, and follow the safety protocol.

  • Perform other maintenance tasks as requested.

 

Skills:

  • Secondary education diploma or equivalent required.

  • Physically able to lift 20 kg without assistance.

  • Sufficient written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Office.

  • Affinity with electrical work.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Able to set priorities and follow specific procedures.
